Your Initial Appointment

Your first appointment provides the opportunity for an in-depth analysis of your current health. Your current health concerns, diet and nutritional status, gut health, genetics, lifestyle factors, personal medical history and more will be discussed.

How Telehealth Works

If you would prefer a phone consultation instead of Zoom, please type this in the "appointment notes".

Pre-Consultation Forms

You will receive an email with pre-consultation forms to fill out and email back prior to your appointment.

Please also email a copy of any recent blood tests to earthednutrition@gmail.com, as these are analysed as part of your consultation.

We meet on Zoom

You will receive a link a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Click the link to begin the zoom meeting.

Ensure your microphone and camera is on.

Treatment Plan

You will receive an individualised treatment plan based on your health needs providing diet and nutritional advice and lifestyle recommendations. Nutritional supplements may be required depending on your case and a prescription for these will also be provided, if in agreement with you. Your treatment plan will be delivered via email within 72 hrs.

Follow Up Consultation

After your first treatment plan, a return consult is required around 2 weeks later to check in and make any changes required.

This session is an opportunity to fine tune and make any changes to your individualised treatment plan, and to go further in depth treating your current health goals.
